SyncraDent provides dental practice management software to clinics in Morocco — scheduling, patient records, prescriptions and automated reminders. This policy explains what data we process on your behalf and how it is protected under Morocco's Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
As the clinic, you are the data controller for your patients' information; SyncraDent acts as your data processor.
Data we collect
We process two categories of information:
We collect only what the software needs to run your clinic. We do not buy patient data from third parties.
How we use it
Data is used solely to deliver the service: scheduling and calendars, patient records and history, prescription generation, and automated appointment reminders. We never sell patient data, and we never use it for advertising or profiling.
WhatsApp reminders
Appointment reminders are sent through the WhatsApp Business platform. To do this we share the patient's name, phone number and appointment time with WhatsApp for the sole purpose of delivering the message. Patients can reply to confirm or reschedule; we store only the delivery and confirmation status.
Where your data is hosted
Your data is hosted in Morocco and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role, and automatic daily backups protect against loss.

Your rights
Under Law 09-08, individuals whose data you hold may request:
As the clinic, you handle these requests for your patients. SyncraDent provides the tools to view, correct and delete records, and will assist where the request concerns our systems.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your clinic maintains an active account. If you close your account, you can export your records, after which they are deleted from our active systems within 30 days and removed from backups on the next rotation cycle.
