These terms govern your clinic's use of SyncraDent. By creating an account or starting a trial, the person accepting on behalf of the clinic agrees to them.
The service
SyncraDent is web-based dental practice management software providing scheduling, patient records, clinical sessions, prescriptions, inventory, analytics and automated WhatsApp reminders. We may add, change or remove features to improve the product.
Accounts & access
Each clinic manages its own users, who are granted role-based access so each person sees only the tools they need. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed per clinic in Moroccan dirham (MAD), monthly or annually. Annual billing includes two months free. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required — and you can cancel anytime.
An optional one-time Excel migration is available for 990 MAD. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
As the clinic, you are the controller of your patients' data. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to store records and to send WhatsApp reminders, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for using SyncraDent in line with your professional and legal obligations.
Availability & support
We work to keep SyncraDent available and backed up daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email support is included on every plan; higher plans receive priority and dedicated support. Reminder delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business platform, which is outside our control.
Liability
SyncraDent supports clinic administration but does not provide medical advice; clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the practitioner. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your account. On cancellation you may export your data, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse, giving reasonable notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including Law 09-08 on personal data. Questions can be sent to our team.
