Your patient data belongs to you. SyncraDent is dental practice-management software: your data is sensitive, and we treat it that way.
Hosting
Your data is hosted in a certified EU data center (Supabase / AWS) and is never sold to third parties.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256) to guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Controlled access
Each user (dentist, assistant, front desk) only sees the functions they need. Access to medical histories is strictly logged and audited.
Backups
Automated, encrypted backups every 24h, with a tested restore procedure to ensure no data loss.
Law 09-08 / CNDP compliance
Health data is classified as "sensitive" under Morocco's Law 09-08. Our data processing is being registered with the CNDP, under strict medical-confidentiality guidelines.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Patient records are entirely yours. For any questions or data requests:
